Our Company
A lot of companies talk about environmental responsibility and about "being green". Unfortunately many of them (and yes, some are our competitors)
produce products and profits from "old" technologies that are a big part of the problem. They are heavily invested in the status quo.
We're not.
At EarthTronics, We look at the environmental impact of energy consumption from all sides. So we make light bulbs that are just as bright
as incandescent bulbs, but that use 75 percent less energy. We're also planting trees around the world because each tree has the ability to
scrub 50 pounds of carbon from our atmosphere. Here at EarthTronics, saving energy isn't a business tactic or a marketing gimmick. It's the
idea upon which our company was built. It's one of five principles that guide every product we develop and every choice that we make.
We call
these principles "The Five Basic Things".
At EarthTronics, we believe that:
You should feel good about what you do. Each of us has the power to change the world for the better. The smallest steps taken by the greatest number of people can have profound impact. That is the idea behind The Green Ribbon Program.
Money matters. Most of the time our first thought is "what will it cost" or "how much will I save?" When we create products that save our customers energy, we also save them money.
We - ALL OF US - need to reduce the energy we use. As a company we are committed to creating innovative products that do more with less energy.
We should leave the world better than we found it. We must do everything possible to not only reduce our negative environmental impact but to create a positive impact on the environment.
Whatever you do, do it with passion and conviction. At EarthTronics we believe this is the key to being a better human being, to look after our people, to be good stewards of the planet and to bring the best in value and class to our customer.
As a company, EarthTronics isn't just a maker of light bulbs or motors or medical equipment. It's the place where efficiency meets innovation.
